Welcome to Precision Dental Implants by Dr. Magda Hanna. These terms govern the relationship between you, the Patient and our dental practice. By seeking treatment from us, you agree to these terms.

  1. Services Provided
    We offer a range of dental services, including but not limited to:
  • General dentistry
  • Preventive care
  • Cosmetic dentistry
  • Dental implants
  • Oral surgery
  1. Appointment Scheduling
  • Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email or in person.
  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • We require 48 hours notice to cancel a course of treatment.
  • Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee of €250
  1. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due upon completion, an interim payment may be required for some treatments.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer and credit/debit cards. A handling fee applies to credit and debit cards.
  1. Patient Responsibilities
  • You must provide accurate medical history and inform us of any changes.
  • You need to follow post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal recovery.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • Your personal and medical information is confidential. We adhere to local laws regarding patient privacy.

  1. Liability
  • While we strive to provide the best care, we cannot guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation and if unresolved, through the courts in Egypt according to Egyptian Law.
  1. Modifications
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or direct communication.
